Digital Goods & Returns

Our products are digital downloads that are deemed "used" upon purchase and delivery via email or dashboard access.

• Once a product is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.
• All sales are considered final unless a technical fault is proven.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following technical circumstances:

• Non-Delivery: You did not receive the download link/access within 24 hours of payment.
• Defective File: The file is corrupt, damaged, or cannot be opened, and our support team cannot fix it within 3 business days.

24-Hour Reporting Window

Due to the nature of digital piracy, you must report any technical issues or defects within 24 hours of your purchase to be eligible for a resolution or refund. Requests made after this period may not be entertained.

Non-Refundable Cases

• "Change of mind" or "Did not like it" after downloading.
• Lack of technical knowledge to use the assets.
• Accidental purchase of the wrong format/version.

• 2. Screenshot of the error/issue

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Legal Jurisdiction

This policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes related to returns or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
